Reducing Disruptive Behaviors and Promoting School Readiness through the Incredible Years® Teacher Classroom Management (TCM) Program

Research shows that the Incredible Years® Teacher Classroom Management Program (TCM) reduces aggression and disruptive behaviors, strengthens teachers’ classroom management skills, and fosters school readiness by promoting children’s social, emotional, and academic competence. The curriculum also helps teachers effectively collaborate with parents to heighten their school involvement, supporting consistency between home and school. Teachers even report decreased stress after attending the training. (View studies on program outcomes.)
